Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you wish to return your order, please contact us within 7 days by email - firstname.lastname@example.org
We will be happy to refund your order once it is received by us as long as it is returned in its original packaging and in a saleable condition. Once returned to us we will process a refund for the cost of the item(s), but we will not be able to refund the postage and packaging costs paid.
Please note, I will be on annual leave from 12th - 20th May and no parcels will be posted during this time. As I manage the business singlehandedly this is unavoidable and I apologise for any inconvenience. I will post all orders on Monday 21st May. Thank you for your understanding.
Standard delivery charge - £3.95 (UK mainland only) using Royal Mail Second Class delivery or myHermes.
FREE standard delivery on all orders over £50 (UK mainland only) using Royal Mail Second Class delivery.
Next day delivery - £7.95 (UK mainland only) using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Order by 2pm Mon-Fri excluding Bank Holidays (not available at present).
We aim to process standard orders within 3 working days, excluding Bank Holidays.
European Union - £8.95 using Royal Mail International Standard delivery.
Rest of World - £20 using Royal Mail International Standard delivery.

Every effort has been made to photograph and depict all of our products accurately, however there may be slight variations in colours due to photography methods or type of monitor they are viewed on. We cannot guarantee that the photography or your monitor will provide a true representation of the colours of our products.
We make every effort to ensure all our products are in stock. However, if in the unlikely event that we do not have your chosen product in stock, we will email or call your as soon as possible and arrange for a refund, or a later delivery date if convenient.
If you wish to cancel an order placed with us, please email email@example.com as soon as you can. However, we regret that orders cannot be canceled once your goods have been posted. In the event of this, please refer to our Returns and Refund policy.
Security & Privacy
We make every effort to protect the privacy of our users and customers. As such we will not ask for personal details that are not required as part of your transaction. We ensure that your name, address, credit card details or any other information you give us will be kept securely. These details are not shared with any third party.
