Since we were shortlisted for the Country Homes and Interiors Magazine "My Country Business Awards" in July, we have also received two other awards, which we want to share with you.
Last month, we were selected by Jacqueline Gold, chief executive of Ann Summers and Knickerbox, as a WOW winner (Women on Wednesday), an award which was set up to recognise the achievements of, and support, women starting their own businesses. When selecting winners, Jacqueline looks for businesses that are "interesting, that have strong brand values and that she thinks have potential to grow and succeed in their industry". We are incredibly honoured to be selected for this and thank Jacqueline for taking an interest in our business.
Last month we were also selected for Bright Pig's Business of the Week. This is a Twitter campaign and each week Bright Pig select two winners as "Business of the Week", allowing them recognition from a large number of other companies, and increased exposure on Twitter. We would like to thank the Bright Pig team for choosing us, and for getting our business name out there!
